Roots That Work: Protect Me, Guide Me is a course about understanding where you come from, what you’re carrying, and what you’re building from it.

We’re going to use the anatomy of a tree to take a deeper look at our lives. Your ancestors are your roots. You are the trunk. And everything growing from you—your children, relationships, career, gifts, purpose, and the life you’re creating—becomes your branches, leaves, flowers, and fruit.

But a tree can only grow as strong as what’s happening beneath it. Throughout this course, we’ll talk about connecting with your ancestors, recognizing the ways they may protect and guide you, understanding what has been passed down through your family, and becoming more intentional about what you choose to carry forward.

This isn’t about having a perfect family history. It’s about knowing your roots, understanding yourself, and deciding what kind of tree you want to grow.
